We’re growing and we are looking to add a full-time Studio Manager to our hardworking and passionate team. This very important position of Studio Manager is available for a dedicated, forward thinking leader. Our dream candidate would be someone who is extremely detail oriented, and is great at customer service!
Receiving & responding to emails & calls
Appointment scheduling and confirmations
Order tracking and status updates for client projects.
Customer service: addressing freight claims, damaged product, longer term service issues.
Basic accounting/data entry- assisting our accountant with book keeping tasks
Developing/creating business documents as required for business needs
Interfacing with vendors and business associates
Creating & managing organizational systems
Assisting Owner with business development opportunities
Organizing the office
Sourcing ideal support services
Managing IT support & general office duties as assigned
Excellent detail orientation
Professional demeanor and appearance
Exceptional organization skills and positive mindset
Goal orientation and self-discipline
Exposure to basic accounting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize
Previous operations, business, and administrative experience
Experience in office management & executive support, a plus
Experience in marketing or public relations, a plus
Experience in the interior design, architecture or home furnishings industry, a plus
Bachelor’s degree, preferred
Understanding of social media platforms, a plus
